Located in the heart of Beirut city, Skygate is one of the most prestigious residential towers in town. The project consists of six basements serving as parking, driver / cellar rooms, a gymnasium, and two upper level floors serving as retail space. There are 42 superstructure floors forming the tower, which is comprised of 55 apartments and several pools/greenery. Our scope of works includes the civil architectural, and electromechanical works.
