This iconic project is located in the heart of Beirut's Central District in the Mina al Hosn area of Beirut. It is a residential high rise building that is comprised of six levels of basements, one retail floor, a ground floor, and 26 non-identical residential floors. The total built-up area of the project is 110,000 m² and contains 130 residential apartments. Herzog & de Meuron's unique design created many engineering challenges during the construction phase. Our scope of work included the structural, architectural, internal finishes and electromechanical works.
