Located in the heart of Beirut city, Sama Beirut is the tallest and one of the most prestigious multi-complex high rise towers in town. The project consists of six basements serving as parking, driver / cellar rooms and gymnasium, two upper level floors serving as retail space and 52 superstructure floors forming the tower. It is comprised of 66 apartments and 13 offices floors. Our scope of work includes excavation, civil, architectural, and electro-mechanical works.
