Located on the shore of the Pearl Island, the project consists of two residential towers of 88,000 m² built-up area on two adjoining plots. Each tower has apartments on 22 levels, four levels of podium and car parks, and chalet/villas on the beach front. Our scope of work includes the architectural, structural, internal finishes and electromechanical works.
