The project consists of the rehabilitation of the headquarters of the internationally renowned fashion designer Zuhair Murad which was severally damaged by the 4th of August Beirut Port explosion. The rehabilitation works shall cover all the façade works (aluminum and stone cladding), the interior finishing & electro-mechanical works at the Ground Floor and the ten upper floors, in addition to some repair works at the first basement.
