This infrastructure project in Doha consists of 2,600m of utility tunnels that allow for the installation of chilled water pipes, electrical cables, and a fire fighting system. The 2,500m of road includes a sewer and storm water system irrigation and asphalt. It also includes the excavation of more than 220,000m3 and the construction of a large retention pond.
