The Diriyah Gate Development Authority intends to develop the office building of the Ministry of Culture Headquarters (MoCHQ) next to the King Salman Square (KSS) which will form part of the larger Diriyah Gate Development. The proposed construction will comprise of three-storey office building and 2 basement levels mainly serving as carpark. Part of the building will be located above deep service tunnels which are approximately aligned with Wadi Hanifa. Our scope of works includes the Design & Build of the structural, architectural, internal finishes and electromechanical works.
