Umm Obairiyah complex is a private development project that extends over almost 275,000 m² land plot featuring in its first part a vegetation farm land with animal shed, store building, and facilities including an irrigation pumping station. In the second part it consists of a 6,000 m² castle, 2,200 m² Majlis, a 2,000 m² club house overlooking a 8,000 m² artificial lake and bridge, a guest villa, mosque, executive Majlis, staff accommodation, service garage.
