The Ceremonial Court is 12,000 m² and consists of two courts designed to seat 3,000 spectators. There are two north and south stages, a two storied VIP Majilis Building, two symmetrical light towers standing approximately 30m high, a basement with dressing areas, pool equipment, an AV room, and surrounding boundary walls and roads.
