Our scope includes the engineering, procurement, and construction of a turnkey 5 star hotel located in the Sports City of Basra, Iraq. The 200 room hotel is comprised of a spa, gym, 2 swimming pools both internal and external and an extended mall of 10,000 m² which is connected to the hotel.
