Our scope of work includes the core and shell works for the St Regis Hotel at Ummahat Al Shaykh Island 9.3, which consists of the installation of 90 villas and 9 front of house assets supplied and manufactured by the core and shell structural timber manufacturer along with the supply and installation of external works, finishes, doors and glazing for the same assets as well as the site-wide infrastructure, MEP and temporary utilities works, test and commission permanent MEP/ICT plants, equipment, and infrastructure networks to all assets interface connection points, in addition to the construction temporary utilities and infrastructure serving the temporary facilities included in the site establishment and support package. This includes but is not limited to all MEP works for the guest villas and FOH assets, in addition to temporary utilities as specified.
