Code of Ethics


MAN Enterprise Group of Companies (hereinafter referred to as MAN Enterprise) has set these business Conduct and Ethics guidelines to ensure a proper responsibility towards the community, its employees and the environment. MAN Enterprise adheres to maintain, promote, communicate and improve its business principles and aims to be a leader in the construction industry by promoting a positive culture with respect to human rights and the continuous improvement to working conditions.

MAN Enterprise shall maintain the highest ethical standards in its conduct of business. It shall be honest in its dealings with internal as well as external stakeholders. The company shall avoid all situations, which can be termed as illegal or dishonest. Employees at MAN Enterprise should always perform legitimately, ethically, and in the finest welfare of the Enterprise. This Code of Conduct and Ethics sets out basic guiding principles for MAN Enterprise employees to live by.

MAN Enterprise and its Employees must adhere to applicable laws, rules and regulations at all times.


Conflicts of Interest

All employees have the responsibility to avoid both conflicts of interest, and situations which give the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Employees are prohibited from having a direct or indirect personal interest in  MAN  Enterprise  contacts  or  projects  or  with  the  contractors  doing business with MAN Enterprise.

A Conflict of Interest also exists when an employee individual interest intervenes with the best interests of MAN Enterprise. A conflict of interest may occur when an employee receives a personal profit, gift or gain as a consequence of the employee's position with MAN Enterprise. A conflict of interest may also arise from an employee’s business or personal relationship with a supplier, competitor, client, business partner, or other member of staff, if that affiliation spoils the employee's objective business judgment.

Discrimination and Harassment

MAN Enterprise provides equal opportunities in all aspects of employment and will not tolerate any illegal discrimination or harassment of any kind.

MAN  Enterprise  prohibits  discrimination  whether  on  race,  color,  age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability or political affiliation.

Any form of harassment is unacceptable and MAN Enterprise shall not tolerate or excuse such behavior.

Child Labor

MAN   Enterprise   fully  complies   with   local   minimum   age   laws   and requirements, and does not employ child labor.

Minimum Wages

MAN Enterprise compensates its workers with wages and benefits that meet or exceed the legally required.

Working Hours & Welfare

MAN  Enterprise  does  not  force  employee  to  work  more  than  the maximum hours of daily labor set by local laws.

MAN Enterprise is committed to provide adequate welfare in its labor accommodation compound and in its sites.


MAN Enterprise is committed to achieving a high standard of occupational safety and health. It will adhere to the principle that occupational safety and health of employees should be given  the first and foremost consideration at work.

MAN Enterprise provides a clean, safe and healthy work environment. Each employee has the responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions, procedures, or behaviors. Threatening conducts are not permitted in any form.


MAN Enterprise acknowledges the importance of maintaining a healthy environment in the workplace and its surroundings. Consequently, MAN Enterprise does the most to maintain the noise, dust and emissions level to the minimum on our construction sites.


MAN Enterprise regards its staff as its most important asset and is committed to continual improvement through ensuring that all staff are trained to carry out their current jobs and are also equipped in good time to perform future roles. This will ensure latest knowledge acquisition and consequently maintain talent attraction.

MAN Enterprise encourages and supports its staff to undertake approved certification courses and Professional Development, Career Development and Management Development training programs.

BRIBERY It is MAN Enterprise policy to conduct all of its business in an honest and ethical manner. MAN Enterprise takes zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally and fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships wherever it operates, implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.


MAN Enterprise books, records, accounts and financial statements must be maintained in appropriate detail, must appropriately reflect the Company’s transactions and must conform both to applicable law and to the Company’s system of internal controls. The Company’s financial, accounting and internal audit departments are solely accountable for procedures designed to ensure appropriate internal and disclosure controls, and all employees should cooperate with these procedures.


All information acquired in any way throughout the company’s business practices are deemed to be confidential and employees may not discuss such info or make any formal or informal bargain with any competitor on the subject of the market segments and channels in which the Company participates.

An employee must not disclose any information concerning MAN Enterprise or its employees, or release any official documents to unauthorized persons.
